We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

If you change your shipping address, please contact us at support@x9x9.us within 24 hours after placing the order. Our Customer Service will check your order and confirm ASAP.

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. To avoid any issues, please ensure that you provide your residential address as your shipping address. This is because we cannot predict how long the destination’s customs department will hold the package.

After your order has been processed, a tracking number will be generated within 5–7 business days, except for shoe orders which may follow a different schedule. Please also note that it may take up to 5–7 business days for your tracking information to be updated.

Tracking status is “not available” within 2 to 3 business days from the time you have received your tracking number
